Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves maintaining a company-provided route, ensuring residential pools are sparkling clean, safe, and fully functional. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and general pool maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry, accurately adding necessary chemicals.
- Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) for proper operation and report any issues.
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets, and clean filter cartridges as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding pool status.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment.
- Customer service experience.
