Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves maintaining a company-provided route, ensuring residential pools are sparkling clean, safe, and fully functional. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and general pool maintenance. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry, accurately adding necessary chemicals.
  • Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) for proper operation and report any issues.
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets, and clean filter cartridges as needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding pool status.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment.
  • Customer service experience.
