Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and eager to start your career in retail? Sephora in Moncton is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Retail Cosmetics Clerk. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed! Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and offer mini-makeovers or product trials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly priced and merchandised.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (even outside of retail).
- Familiarity with various beauty brands and product categories.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset in Moncton.
