Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ASOS as a Returns Processor – Picker Packer in a modern, clean office setting. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the accurate and efficient processing of returned items, ensuring they are correctly sorted, inspected, and prepared for re-stocking or other disposition. You will also be responsible for picking and packing outgoing orders when needed, contributing to the smooth flow of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort returned merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product condition, quantity, and documentation against return requests.
- Repackage items according to company standards for re-stocking or redistribution.
- Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems for data entry and inventory updates.
- Pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment, ensuring proper labelling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg.
