Job Description
Join Target as a Stock Replenishment Associate in our San Francisco retail warehouse. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail stores are consistently stocked with the right products at the right time. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and organize the warehouse space efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Your contribution is key to providing our guests with an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Replenish retail store shelves and displays according to planograms and merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and resolve stock-related issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
