Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Project Coordinator to join our dynamic teams in Burbank, focusing on critical construction and IT projects. This part-time role offers an invaluable opportunity for a current student to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a world-class organization. You will support various project phases, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing, specifically contributing to infrastructure development and technology implementation initiatives that power our studios and theme parks. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and teams in coordinating construction and IT project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, budgets, and risk logs.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Support data collection, entry, and analysis for project tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues or delays.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project presentations and status updates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
