Job Description

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining practical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and services.
  • Learn to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to network infrastructure and customer equipment.
  • Shadow and support field operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Help with documentation of work performed and contribute to accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain company tools and vehicles in good working order.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Some coursework or personal interest in electronics, IT, or telecommunications.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
