Job Description
We are seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented Remote Customer Liaison with exceptional professional writing skills to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing support, and delivering information through various written communication channels. Your ability to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence. This position requires a professional who can expertly navigate complex customer scenarios and translate solutions into easily understandable written formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and other written platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, edit, and proofread customer communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice guidelines.
- Research and analyze customer problems, providing comprehensive and well-articulated solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
