Job Description

Are you a concert-goer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as a Ticket Office Secret Shopper. In this unique part-time role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing the customer experience at various concert and event ticket offices across Orlando. Your mission will be to discreetly assess the service quality, efficiency, product knowledge, and overall professionalism of ticket office staff, providing valuable feedback that directly contributes to our ongoing commitment to fan satisfaction. This role involves on-site visits to various venues and remote submission of detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discreetly visit designated concert and event ticket offices within the Orlando area as scheduled.
  • Observe and evaluate staff interactions, customer service protocols, and the overall purchasing experience.
  • Assess staff knowledge regarding event details, seating options, and ticket policies.
  • Purchase tickets and/or inquire about various events, documenting the process thoroughly.
  • Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports, including specific observations and recommendations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your identity as a secret shopper and all findings.
  • Adhere to all provided guidelines and instructions for each shopping assignment.
  • Submit reports promptly and accurately through our online portal.
