Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and eager to kickstart your career in the exciting tourism industry? TUI is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Trainee Travel Agent. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with no prior experience, offering comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful travel professional. You will learn the ins and outs of travel planning, customer service, sales, and destination knowledge, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs to learn about TUI products, systems, and sales techniques.
- Assist experienced Travel Agents with customer inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks.
- Learn to research and recommend suitable holiday packages, flights, accommodation, and excursions based on customer needs.
- Develop strong customer service skills by interacting with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and TUI promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and sales-driven team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
