Join the UPS team as a Part-time Afternoon Scheduling Clerk at our busy local hub in New Port Richey, Florida. This crucial role supports our operational efficiency by meticulously managing schedules and ensuring seamless coordination of activities within the facility. You will be responsible for data entry, communication, and administrative tasks essential to keeping our package flow on track. This position is on-site at our New Port Richey hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update scheduling data into company systems.
- Assist in the creation and modification of daily and weekly operational schedules.
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates to relevant personnel.
- Maintain organized records and files related to scheduling and operations.
- Generate reports on scheduling adherence and operational metrics.
- Answer internal calls and provide information related to scheduling inquiries.
- Support the administrative needs of the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
