Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally professional and experienced VIP Transport Specialist with a strong focus on luxury SUV operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our esteemed members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a profound commitment to discretion and confidentiality, and a polished demeanor befitting a high-end service environment. You will operate a fleet of luxury SUVs, maintaining them to the highest standards and providing a personalized, premium experience for every journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for Yellowstone Club members and guests in luxury SUVs.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and client preferences.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are impeccably clean, fueled, and in excellent mechanical condition.
- Assist members and guests with luggage and personal belongings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all member information and activities.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, fellow team members, and club management.
- Stay informed on local events, points of interest, and road conditions relevant to travel.
- Handle unexpected situations (e.g., flat tires, minor vehicle issues, route changes) calmly and efficiently.
- Represent Yellowstone Club with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and service excellence.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or luxury transport experience.
- Proven experience driving and maintaining luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Range Rover).
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Excellent knowledge of Bozeman and surrounding areas, including Big Sky.
- Strong commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and privacy.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements (if required by state law).
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving or chauffeur training certifications.
- Previous experience in private aviation ground transport or executive protection.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Familiarity with high-end GPS and navigation systems.
