Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Fitness Admin to join our remote team. This crucial role involves efficiently managing virtual class bookings, instructor schedules, and member inquiries from your home office. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our instructors and members, contributing to the high standard of service Peloton is known for. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain virtual fitness class schedules and instructor calendars using designated booking software.
  • Process member bookings, cancellations, and reschedule requests promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding class availability, platform usage, and account information via email and chat.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to virtual fitness instructors and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all booking activities and member communications.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve any technical or booking-related issues.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing essential communications to members about class updates or changes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency with online booking systems (e.g., Mindbody, Acuity Scheduling, or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a remote workload effectively.
  • Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and other standard office software.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with virtual fitness platforms and community management.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software.
