Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Grant Writing Assistant to join our remote team. This is a crucial role focused on supporting various non-profit organizations in securing vital funding. You will work from home, providing comprehensive assistance in all stages of the grant application process, from research to submission. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of diverse charitable causes while developing valuable skills in the philanthropic sector. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on potential grant opportunities and funding sources relevant to various non-profit initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and other application materials.
  • Compile and organize supporting documents required for grant submissions, including budgets, reports, and impact data.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities, deadlines, and submission statuses.
  • Collaborate with program managers and non-profit partners to gather necessary information for compelling proposals.
  • Ensure all grant applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time according to funder guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the grant writing team as needed.
