Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Voice Search Annotators to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in improving the accuracy, relevance, and natural language understanding of our virtual assistant technologies and voice search capabilities. This is a 100% remote position where you will analyze and label audio data, ensuring our AI models can accurately interpret and respond to user queries across various languages and contexts. Your contributions will directly enhance the user experience for millions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and annotate spoken language data, identifying key entities, intents, and sentiment.
  • Transcribe audio snippets accurately, adhering to strict guidelines and quality standards.
  • Evaluate the relevance and quality of search results generated by voice commands.
  • Provide feedback on tool functionality and contribute to guideline refinement.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
