Job Description
Telus International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Search Analyst Junior to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the quality of online search results and ensuring accuracy of information. You will be responsible for evaluating web pages, applications, and other types of content against a set of guidelines, providing critical feedback that helps refine AI algorithms and enhance user experience globally. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate web search results, images, and other content for accuracy, relevance, and quality based on provided guidelines.
- Apply complex instructions to rate various data types (text, images, video) from search engine queries.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback to improve search engine algorithms.
- Identify trends and patterns in search results to inform content improvement strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project-related information.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers as needed.
