Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic way to spend your summer weekends? Warner Bros. Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Weekend Festival Crew. This part-time, casual role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of large-scale events. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our festivals and special events run smoothly, providing support with setup, operations, and tear-down. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on event experience, work alongside a passionate team, and contribute to the magic of entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the physical setup and breakdown of event sites, including tents, staging, signage, and seating.
- Directing guests, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitoring event areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting any issues promptly.
- Supporting various operational tasks as needed during events.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and event management.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing event needs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event support, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- A passion for entertainment and creating memorable experiences.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus but not required.
