Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Retreat Assistant to join our team, supporting our diverse range of wellness programs across various regional locations. This unique opportunity offers full board and lodging as you travel and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will be an integral part of our retreat operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the tranquil atmosphere that defines our wellness offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist retreat facilitators and instructors with the setup and execution of daily wellness activities, including yoga, meditation, workshops, and outdoor excursions.
  • Prepare and organize retreat spaces, ensuring they are clean, welcoming, and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
  • Help manage guest arrivals and departures, including orientation and farewell processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas and activity spaces.
  • Support administrative tasks related to retreat operations as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to deliver a seamless and enriching guest experience.
  • Be flexible to travel and work at various regional retreat locations as scheduled.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Basic organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing retreat schedules and locations.
  • Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and providing exceptional guest service.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with light lifting for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a retreat setting.
  • A foundational understanding or personal practice of wellness modalities (e.g., yoga, meditation, mindfulness).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
