Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Work From Home (WFH) Executive Assistant Specialist with a deep passion for and understanding of all gaming categories. In this fully remote role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives across various gaming divisions. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion will be paramount. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is not only a seasoned EA but also deeply embedded in the gaming culture and landscape, capable of supporting leaders driving the future of interactive entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intricate calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) for multiple executives.
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring efficient retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and event planning as needed, often related to gaming industry trends or internal initiatives.
  • Process expense reports and manage invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or operational challenges.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote work environment through excellent communication and collaboration.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within the technology or entertainment sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Genuine passion for and knowledge of the video game industry and various gaming categories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Prior experience supporting executives in a global organization.
  • Active participation in gaming communities or demonstrable interest in emerging gaming trends.
