Job Description
Join Target’s dedicated guest support team as a Work From Home Retail Helpline Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Target. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, store services, and general information.

- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Document all guest interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and uphold Target's brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve guest experience and streamline processes.
