Job Description
Join NielsenIQ as a Mystery Shopping Aide and play a pivotal role in evaluating customer service, product quality, and operational standards across various businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail, service, or hospitality establishments as per project guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate specific criteria such as customer service interactions, product availability, store cleanliness, and employee adherence to policies.
- Accurately document findings and complete detailed reports using our proprietary system within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and findings.
- Adhere to all project instructions and ethical guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding any challenges or clarifications needed during assignments.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documentation and receipts.
