We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Nanny to join our elite team. This unique role combines traditional nannying duties with a significant professional mentorship component. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and nurturing care for children, including daily routines, educational activities, and outings.
- Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Serve as a primary mentor for new sitters, providing guidance on best practices, professional conduct, and problem-solving.
- Lead introductory training sessions and workshops for new hires on childcare techniques, safety protocols, and client communication.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience.
- Proven experience in child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong understanding of child safety and first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
