Job Description
Join the FedEx Ground team as an Admin Clerk in Sandy, UT! This vital role supports terminal operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient data flow, and maintaining organized records. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to accuracy and operational excellence. This is a terminal-based position, Monday-Friday, offering a stable schedule and opportunities to contribute to a critical part of our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Process and maintain various operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with payroll data collection and verification, working closely with management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by terminal management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
