Job Description

You will be responsible for transporting freight over a dedicated route, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while adhering to all DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over dedicated routes.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and cargo.
- Secure cargo properly and safely according to company and DOT guidelines.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) and other necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams regarding schedule, delays, and issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to designated locations.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP report.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.
- Tanker endorsement.
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and in-cab technology.
- Proven track record of safe driving and on-time deliveries.
