Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated WFH Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates nationwide who are looking for a rewarding career with a leading healthcare organization. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of our remote operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict privacy standards.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, triaging communications effectively.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate seamless communication across different departments and remote teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
