Job Description
Join The Cheesecake Factory team in Stamford, CT as a Part-Time Dishwasher! This entry-level position is perfect for responsible 15-year-old teens looking to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and friendly restaurant environment. You will be a crucial part of our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and smooth service. We offer free staff meals during shifts and a performance bonus program.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and shelves.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or stocking shelves.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of waste areas.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Assist with general restaurant cleaning tasks as assigned.
