Key Responsibilities
- Assist Producers in various stages of game development, from concept to live service.
- Coordinate daily tasks and communications between design, engineering, art, and quality assurance teams.
- Help track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and contribute to solutions.
- Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, assets, and schedules.
- Participate in game testing, provide constructive feedback, and log issues.
- Learn and apply Agile development methodologies and production best practices.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative, creative, and productive team environment.
- Shadow senior producers to understand the full scope of game development and live operations.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for video games, especially sports titles like EA Sports FC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles or organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Game Design, Communications, Project Management, Business).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Basic understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies.
- Previous experience in a collaborative project role (academic, volunteer, or professional).
- Active engagement with the EA Sports FC community and knowledge of player trends.
