You’ll be a crucial part of our operation, ensuring orders get to our guests quickly and correctly, helping to create a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables or designated pick-up areas.
- Ensure accuracy of all delivered orders, checking against order tickets.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations.
- Quickly respond to customer needs and requests, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Help with basic set-up and clean-up tasks during shifts.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
