Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our esteemed team, specifically for luxury weddings and weekend events. As a Banquet Server, you will be crucial in delivering impeccable service, ensuring every guest experiences the highest standard of hospitality. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, elegant environment and are passionate about contributing to memorable celebrations. You will be responsible for setting up event spaces, serving exquisite food and beverages, and maintaining a polished and professional demeanor throughout each event. This is a part-time position, primarily focusing on weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute event setup according to detailed banquet event orders (BEOs), including table settings, decorations, and equipment arrangement.
  • Serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency, adhering to established service standards and guest preferences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
  • Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event planners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with breakdown and clean-up of event spaces, ensuring all items are properly stored.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all wedding guests, contributing to an unforgettable experience.
