Job Description
Are you passionate about hair, bursting with creative energy, and eager to learn the art of braiding from industry experts? Toni & Guy Exeter is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hair Braiding Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with high energy and a keen eye for detail to support our stylists, learn new techniques, and contribute to a fantastic client experience. While previous experience is a plus, your willingness to learn and positive attitude are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with hair preparation, including washing, conditioning, and detangling.
- Learn and practice various braiding techniques under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment.
- Prepare clients for braiding services, ensuring comfort and readiness.
- Assist with client consultations, product recommendations, and aftercare advice.
- Manage inventory of braiding supplies and inform senior staff of low stock.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on the latest braiding trends and techniques.
