Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst for our Strategy & Insights team. This fully remote role will be instrumental in driving data-backed decision-making, optimizing business processes, and identifying growth opportunities across various client engagements. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning to translate complex data into actionable insights, influencing key stakeholders and shaping future initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex business data to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases, reports, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for optimization.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for product and development teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis).
- Experience in the BPO, CX, or technology services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
