Job Description

As a Site Marshall, you will play a critical role in monitoring site activities, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring all personnel adhere to established safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor work activities for adherence to safety procedures, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and safe work practices.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards, unsafe conditions, or violations to site management promptly.
- Assist in the investigation of minor incidents or near misses, documenting findings as required.
- Support the safety team in conducting safety orientations for new workers and visitors.
- Help maintain and organize safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Communicate safety reminders and updates to various teams on site.
