Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Balance cash drawer daily with precision and maintain proper cash control procedures.
- Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other banking services as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for branch visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel or services.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
