Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable 14-year-old teens to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Aide. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain their first work experience in a fast-paced and friendly restaurant environment. You will assist our kitchen staff with various light duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the restaurant industry, develop teamwork skills, and earn weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces.
- Support dishwashing operations by loading and unloading dishwashers, and stacking clean dishes.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are tidy and free of clutter.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in putting away deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Help with general clean-up duties at the end of shifts.
