Job Description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instagram Aesthetician Aide to join our visual marketing team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone passionate about beauty, social media, and creating compelling visual content that resonates with a diverse audience. You will support our visual marketing specialists in maintaining and enhancing Ulta Beauty’s Instagram presence, ensuring our feed reflects our brand identity, promotions, and product launches with impeccable aesthetic standards. This role is crucial for keeping our digital footprint vibrant and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in curating and scheduling engaging visual content (photos, videos, Reels) for Instagram.
- Monitor Instagram trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to inform content strategy.
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring all content is properly tagged and archived.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Provide support in basic photo and video editing to optimize content for Instagram.
- Help maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all Instagram posts and stories.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and visual storytelling.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Instagram features and best practices.
- Basic understanding of visual design principles and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, basic Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (even self-taught or volunteer) managing a branded Instagram account or personal aesthetic-focused page.
- Understanding of Instagram analytics and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of current social media marketing strategies.
