Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate pharmacy staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, including shelves, counters, and waiting areas.
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Process front-end transactions accurately at the register.
- Organize and file prescriptions and other pharmacy documents, maintaining confidentiality.
- Answer incoming phone calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages.
- Assist in managing the "Will Call" section, ensuring prescriptions are ready for pickup.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
