Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a FedEx Express Support Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a leadership role, overseeing a team dedicated to providing exceptional support for our express operations. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining our high standards of customer service and logistical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of support specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks related to express package handling and customer support.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in a support or operational role within logistics, transportation, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
