Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oil and Gas Professional to join our dynamic team in Pasco, WA. This is a unique opportunity for individuals requiring H-1B or EB-3 visa sponsorship to contribute to critical projects within the energy sector. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in various aspects of oil and gas operations, contributing to project planning, execution, and optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, design, and execution of oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new and existing operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, geoscientists, and operations personnel.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the optimization of production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to environmental protection policies and promote sustainable practices.
- Mentor junior staff and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (exploration, production, refining, or distribution).
- Proven expertise in reservoir engineering, drilling operations, production optimization, or process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, Aspen HYSYS, CMG simulators).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with advanced data analytics and machine learning applications in the energy sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing oil and gas operations in the US.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
