Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oil and Gas Professional to join our dynamic team in Pasco, WA. This is a unique opportunity for individuals requiring H-1B or EB-3 visa sponsorship to contribute to critical projects within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new and existing operations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, geoscientists, and operations personnel.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the optimization of production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental protection policies and promote sustainable practices.
  • Mentor junior staff and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (exploration, production, refining, or distribution).
  • Proven expertise in reservoir engineering, drilling operations, production optimization, or process engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, Aspen HYSYS, CMG simulators).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with advanced data analytics and machine learning applications in the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing oil and gas operations in the US.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
