Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and eager Maintenance Aide to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our experienced Senior Mechanics, assisting with the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of trucks and trailers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Mechanics with routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and component inspections.
- Support troubleshooting and repair efforts for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area, tools, and equipment.
- Fetch parts and supplies as needed to facilitate repair processes.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and documentation as directed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a strong interest in vehicle maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
