Job Description
Join our innovative team as a Cocktail Lounge Evaluator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the premium experience of cocktail lounges within our portfolio or partner establishments. This unique opportunity involves anonymously visiting designated high-end cocktail lounges, meticulously evaluating various aspects of their operation, and providing insightful, actionable feedback. Your focus will extend beyond basic service to include the social environment, atmosphere, drink quality, staff interaction, and overall guest satisfaction, helping us ensure our venues consistently offer a superior and memorable experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for mixology and hospitality, and the ability to articulate observations clearly and constructively. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires frequent evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated cocktail lounges as a regular patron, observing all aspects of the guest experience.
- Evaluate the quality and presentation of cocktails, assessing flavor profiles, ingredient freshness, and mixology techniques.
- Analyze the social environment and atmosphere, including music, lighting, decor, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
- Assess staff professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge of menu items, and ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written reports within 24 hours of each visit, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Identify trends in service, product, and guest experience across multiple locations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, observations, and findings.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and company policies throughout the evaluation process.
- Collaborate with the experience improvement team to provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
