Job Description

Belay Solutions is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support specifically to students. This 100% remote position requires excellent time management and communication skills to assist students with various academic and personal administrative tasks, ensuring they can focus on their studies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize student schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Assist with research tasks, data compilation, and summary creation.
- Provide proofreading and editing support for academic documents (non-content related).
- Organize digital files, notes, and study materials.
- Facilitate communication between students and academic advisors or professors as needed.
- Assist with light technical support for online learning platforms or productivity tools.
- Proactively identify and address potential administrative roadblocks for students.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive student information.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
