Job Description

Are you a music lover, a sports enthusiast, or a connoisseur of live entertainment? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for discreet observation? Ticketmaster is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Ticket Office Secret Shopper in Richland, WA, to help us maintain the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence at various venue box offices and authorized retail outlets selling event tickets. This unique role involves anonymously evaluating the ticket purchasing experience, from inquiry to transaction, for a wide range of concerts, sports events, and theatrical productions. Your insights will be crucial in helping us identify areas for improvement and ensure our partners provide exceptional service to every fan. This is an on-site role requiring physical visits to various ticket offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discreetly visit assigned ticket offices and retail outlets according to a provided schedule.
  • Anonymously evaluate customer service, knowledge of staff, cleanliness of premises, and efficiency of the ticket purchasing process.
  • Observe and report on the overall atmosphere and any specific promotional activities related to events.
  • Accurately complete detailed survey reports for each shopping assignment, documenting observations and experiences.
  • Adhere strictly to all instructions and guidelines for each secret shopping scenario.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions based on observations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report generation.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications for report submission.
  • Reliable transportation to various locations within the Richland and surrounding Tri-Cities area.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Previous experience in customer service or mystery shopping roles.
  • Familiarity with local event venues and the live entertainment scene in the Tri-Cities area.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate various event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
