Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Artist Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, FL. This role is perfect for an individual looking to build a career in the fast-paced music industry, offering significant growth potential and opportunities for travel. You will support artist managers in all aspects of an artist’s career, from tour logistics to digital presence and day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring our artists thrive. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries for artists and management team, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for artists, ensuring timely execution of commitments and seamless workflow.
  • Assist with tour logistics, including venue communication, hospitality riders, advancing shows, and merchandise coordination.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, expense reports, and invoices for various artist projects, maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with artists, labels, promoters, agents, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Support digital marketing efforts and social media strategies for artists, helping to grow their online presence and engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, potential opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging talent.
  • Maintain accurate and organized artist files, contracts, performance agreements, and other critical documentation.
  • Attend industry events, meetings, and performances as required, often involving travel to support artists and network.
  • Provide general administrative support to the artist management team, ensuring smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of professional interaction at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly for scheduling and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive artist and company information.
  • Demonstrated passion for music and a foundational understanding of the entertainment industry.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, often on short notice, and adapt to changing schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Entertainment Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (internship or paid) in artist management, talent agency, music label, or event production.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) for workflow optimization.
  • Experience with social media management platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget tracking and financial reporting.
