Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pinterest Professional to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a high-demand role critical to expanding our brand presence and driving engagement on Pinterest. As a Pinterest Professional, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our Pinterest strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA, though we’ve designated Inglewood, CA, as a reference point for this USA-based role. You will play a key role in content creation, pin design, trend analysis, and community engagement, ensuring our Pinterest presence is innovative and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Manage and optimize Nike's Pinterest profile, boards, and pins to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and apply best SEO practices for Pinterest content.
- Create compelling, high-quality visual content (static pins, video pins, idea pins) tailored for the Pinterest audience.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and communities on Pinterest.
- Manage Pinterest advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest's algorithm, best practices, and advertising platform.
- Proficiency in creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creativity and an eye for aesthetics.
