Job Description

Fenwick is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Cosmetic Counter Assistant to join our premium beauty department in Colchester. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets.
- Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring a hygienic and professional approach.
- Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked counter appearance according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including stock rotation, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up calls and CRM initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
