Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chauffeurs with vehicle preparation, including interior and exterior detailing to Blacklane's impeccable standards.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or discrepancies.
  • Manage and organize vehicle amenities, ensuring all luxury items (e.g., bottled water, newspapers, chargers) are stocked and pristine.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, dispatching assistance, and record-keeping.
  • Assist passengers with luggage handling and provide courteous support during pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the Blacklane brand at all times.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to luxury transportation.
