Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chauffeurs with vehicle preparation, including interior and exterior detailing to Blacklane's impeccable standards.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or discrepancies.
- Manage and organize vehicle amenities, ensuring all luxury items (e.g., bottled water, newspapers, chargers) are stocked and pristine.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, dispatching assistance, and record-keeping.
- Assist passengers with luggage handling and provide courteous support during pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the Blacklane brand at all times.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to luxury transportation.
Required Skills
