Job Description
Coty Inc. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as a Hair Dye Production Worker. In this factory-based role, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and quality production of our renowned hair dye products. This position involves working various shifts within a fast-paced environment, requiring adherence to strict safety and quality standards. We are looking for reliable team players who are eager to learn and contribute to a leading beauty company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in hair dye manufacturing.
- Perform mixing, filling, capping, and packaging tasks according to established procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet Coty's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Load and unload materials and finished products from production lines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues immediately.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and measurement.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented factory environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Forklift certification (not essential, but a plus).
