Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transcriptionist for AI to specialize in medical and legal content. This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) position, offering the flexibility to contribute to cutting-edge AI development. You will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio and video files, reviewing and editing machine-generated transcripts, and ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and quality standards for sensitive information. This role requires exceptional linguistic precision and familiarity with specialized terminology.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video files with high accuracy, focusing on complex medical and legal terminology.
- Review, edit, and proofread machine-generated transcripts for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and completeness.
- Ensure strict adherence to client-specific guidelines, style guides, and quality standards.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and data security for all sensitive medical and legal information.
- Meet daily/weekly transcription quotas and deadlines consistently.
- Utilize specialized transcription software and AI tools effectively to optimize workflow.
- Provide constructive feedback on AI transcription quality to contribute to system improvement.
- Manage personal workload efficiently in a remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in transcription, with a strong preference for medical or legal specialization.
- Exceptional listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately identify and correct errors in transcribed text.
- Solid familiarity with medical and/or legal terminology and concepts.
- Proficiency with various transcription software and productivity tools.
- Strong time management, organizational, and self-motivation skills.

- Certification in Medical or Legal Transcription (e.g., AHDI, AAERT).
