Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Independent Contractors to join our global network as WFH Netflix Partners. This 100% remote role involves providing essential support to various Netflix initiatives, focusing on content quality, market insights, and strategic project support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Netflix maintains its high standards for user experience and content delivery. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity perfect for individuals who are self-starters and passionate about entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform content quality assurance reviews, ensuring adherence to Netflix's stringent standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback on content localization, user interface, and overall user experience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and content acquisition.
  • Participate in pilot programs and test new features or content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams by providing accurate and timely data and insights.
  • Manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
  • Proficiency with common office software and web-based collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong passion for entertainment, film, and TV series.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industries.
