Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Fragrance Specialist to join our prestigious Beauty department in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for perfumes and colognes, eager to start a career in luxury retail. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, helping them discover and select their perfect scent, and contributing to the overall success of our fragrance counter. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate the unique selling points of various fragrance brands and notes.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting counter environment, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new launches and industry trends.
- Support promotional activities and special events at the fragrance counter.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
