Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our highest-rated local fleet in Fremont, CA. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional, safe, and reliable transportation services to our discerning clientele. As a Blacklane Chauffeur, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and comfortable journey for every passenger, maintaining impeccable vehicle standards, and upholding the reputation of our premium brand. The ideal candidate will possess an intimate knowledge of the local area, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, and have a proven track record of safe driving and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, inside and out.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure the utmost safety of passengers.
- Provide professional and courteous service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort.
- Plan optimal routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding trip details and potential delays.
Required Skills
- Valid Class C (or equivalent) Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions for 5+ years).
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a chauffeur or executive transportation role.
- Exceptional knowledge of Fremont and the broader Bay Area road networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems proficiently.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving luxury sedans or SUVs.
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
